Inspiration, Tips and Resources for a productive and rewarding time at home.

“Stay at Home”, “Safer at Home”, “Stay at Home. Stay Safe”. Whichever term you are using or not using for that matter, my guess if you are spending much more time at home these days.
For some being at home is a piece of cake. For others it is not so easy.
Either way, once you accept you will be spending more time at home, your options are::
A – complain, let the time pass, wait until this all behind us with no goals achieved or changes made
B – embrace it, use it as a time to get things done and make the most of this time
I KNOW you pick option B right! Ok so let’s do this. And let’s do it well!

I’m guessing you are in the same situation as I am, you have done your best to stay healthy at home and those original 14 days have long past. The reality of an uncertain future has set in.
You are probably caught up on your Netflix and Amazon shows. And the hours of the day fly by cooking 3 meals of the day, cleaning and checking the clock for 5PM happy hour.
A about a week into my COVID Stay At Home I started thinking, how do I want to look back on this time and how do I want feel about it.
How do I want to be and feel at the “end”.
Honestly, I continue to journal and process these thoughts. But what I do know is that I don’t want it to all to pass by without marking or using the time in someway to improve my life, my home, my overall well being.
I want to find ways to truly Dwell Well. Now and everyday into the future.
And so I began making lists of things I want to accomplish.
Things like, getting projects done around the house, starting the new wellness practice I haven’t had the time for in my “busy” life, and really evaluate how my life and business will fit in with this new normal.
I started wondering if perhaps I may not be alone in this thinking and that perhaps others might find value in a similar process.
And so, I created the Dwell Well Mini-Series .
14 Days of daily inspiration, tips and resources to not only “get you through” this time at home but for you to dwell well!
The Dwell Well Mini-Series is a daily series lasting 14 days. Over the course of the 14 days, resources are delivered directly to your inbox with words and small tasks to encourage and inspire you to bring moments of awareness, peacefulness, and beauty to your home, life and personal spaces (including your brain!).
It is designed it to allow you to make the most of the additional time you are spending at home.
No matter your goals, like getting a few projects done around the house. Getting back on that yoga mat. Taking the class you have been meaning to. Finding new ways to appreciate the beauty around you and making your home (no matter if your own or rent) a place you actually want to spend more time.
I would love for you to join me on this journey as we find our way in this new world. Join the Dwell Well Mini-Series here.
