Make the sugared cranberries and rosemary sprigs ahead of time and you might even have time sip one yourself while putting the finishing touches on the table.

INGREDIENTS
- champagne
- cranberry juice
- sugared cranberries
- sugared rosemary sprigs
METHOD
- Fill glass 3/4 full with champagne. Top with splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with sugared cranberries and rosemary sprigs. Serve cold.
